The Struggle Against the International Assault on Labor Rights

Course Description

In this seminar, faculty explored attacks on workers and trade unions around the world, strategies of worker resistance and international solidarity, and the International Court of Justice’s 2026 decision recognizing the right to strike as protected by freedom of association. This seminar includes strategies for using International Labor Organization conventions in domestic law.
