This seminar clarifies some important and related concepts of racism, apartheid, zionism and anti-semitism. By analyzing treaties, UN General Assembly resolutions, proceedings and decisions of the International Court of Justice, and other sources of international law, the faculty offer a path for human rights activists to understand these ideologies which are presently highly contested, particularly in the US and Europe.
