Seminar J

Nuclear Disarmament and the Right to Peace

22 April 2026

Course Description

This seminar addresses the most important and urgent international law issue of our time: the right of peoples to peace and the need for negotiations between the nuclear powers toward arms control leading to nuclear disarmament. Speakers analyze the critical necessity of, and obstacles to, effective global arms control and discuss what lawyers and human rights activists can do to achieve that goal.
